Alison Schulz, General Hospitality Manager
Alison originally hails from the United Kingdom and has called the U.S. her home for the past 25 years. Prior to joining Zeman Homes, she managed one of the premier RV resorts in Clermont, Florida consisting of 1,250 sites, an 18-hole golf course, and on-site utility plants.
Alison has been involved with The Tides from day one during the construction phase. Among the numerous things that she enjoys about her role is meeting new people and helping them to experience the world of RVing at its finest. When she isn’t providing top-notch customer service, she enjoys riding horses, movies, walking her dogs, and relaxing on the beach.
Sheila Bracewell, Director of Guest Experience
Born & raised in Wisconsin, Sheila brings a diverse array of experiences to The Tides, including time as a personal trainer, spa director, events owner/operator, and massage therapist. Among the things she loves about her role at The Tides, is the teamwork, the sense of ownership on projects, and the strong work ethic. She also enjoys interacting with the guests and coordinating great events. In her free time, she likes anything in or around the ocean, her outrigger canoe, and exercising.
Jill Smith. Guest Services Specialist
Prior to joining the team at The Tides, Jill spent several years at a college in Ohio as a switchboard coordinator, office administrator, and student supervisor. She also owned and managed a farm for seven years. At The Tides, one of her greatest pleasures is meeting new people from all over the US and beyond, as well as soaking up the atmosphere of the luxury resort. She is the mother of three sons and has two grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, whether on the beach, on nature walks, and more.
Craig Hassan, Maintenance Supervisor
Hailing from Des Plaines, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, Craig spent half of his career as a salesperson. Here he enjoys working with other staff members and utilizing his expertise in customer service for positive guest interactions. In fact, he enjoys it so much that he doesn’t find working at the property to be a “job.” In his free time, his passion is repurposing furniture, especially from the 50s and 60s.
Kasandra DeFretias, Guest Services Specialist
Kasandra is a local Floridian from just over the bridge in St. Petersburg. With over 10 years’ experience in customer service, Kasandra enjoys ensuring that The Tides’ guests have a memorable experience from the moment they arrive to their departure. She prides herself in being a team player and is always willing to learn new skills. In her free time, she loves spending time with her son.
Susan Hisgen, Guest Services Specialist
Susan originates from the Chicagoland area and has resided in Florida for the past 15 years. During her career, Sue worked as a flight attendant, as a Supervisor for Carnival Cruise Line’s cruise terminal, and Assistant Operations Manager for Tampa Cruise Terminal. At The Tides, she enjoys ensuring that guests have enjoyable stays while at the resort, providing customer service with a smile, and helping operations run smoothly. When she is not working at The Tides, she enjoys baking, reading, and playing with her little dog Frank.
Chuck Centanni, Welcome Ambassador
For over 25 years, Centanni worked in security and law enforcement, including at New York State Max A prisons and Sing Sing in Green Haven, NY. He was a member of Green Haven C.E.P.T. and was promoted to sergeant in 2001 before retiring in 2009. He then served as a part-time town police officer, a reserve deputy sheriff, and still maintains his Florida “D” and “G” security license. At The Tides, he loves interacting with the staff and guests as it is a much different situation than his previous jobs. He also takes pride in using his unique experiences to bring organization and structure to a variety of situations.
Deb Snell, Housekeeping
Before joining the team at The Tides, Deb worked at Mirabay Clubhouse as a housekeeper. One of her favorite things about working at the resort is the fact that the entire staff feels like a family, working together to problem-solve and to ensure that it is a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests. When she is not at The Tides, she enjoys spending time with family as well as taking advantage of some alone time.
Linda Jewell, Housekeeping
Before coming to The Tides, Linda worked in the medical field, as a housekeeper, and in accounting, among other positions. Here she enjoys working with her fellow team members to ensure that guests are happy and have fun. In addition to bringing her warm personality and knowledge to the position, Linda also is dedicated to making sure everything she does goes above and beyond. In her free time, she likes cooking and reading.
Leslie Taylor-Rharbi, Senior Vice President - Florida Operations
With 20 years experience in the manufactured home industry and 10 in the RV marketplace, Leslie serves as Senior Vice President of Florida Operations for Zeman Homes. As part of her role, Leslie oversees the development and management of all Florida properties for one of the country’s largest privately owned operators of manufactured home and RV communities.
